Overview of the role

Reporting directly into the Business Manager you will be involved in supporting and organising key aspects of the business. You will also work with the Commercial Director and the three Business Partners.

Business administration
To coordinate and manage the Head Office in Marlow as well as the regional offices overseas, ensuring that all fst employees can work in an environment where they can maximise the performance of their specific tasks.

Commercial support
You will be required to work on financial aspects of the business, whilst this will be routine work, it plays a critical part to the success of fst.

Assist Business Partners
The key function to this part of the role is ensuring that you support them with the strategic pillars of the business – Culture growth, Brand reach and Client relationships.
