Who are we?

We are an international, strategy-led design agency with a presence in the UK, Singapore, Miami and Dubai. Born out of entrepreneurial spirit back in 1991, our independence keeps us inquisitive and enables us to offer a dynamic creative service to our clients. Through the long and colourful history of fst, we’ve worked with clients all over the world and it’s our goal to solve business problems to build brands of the future.

Why do we exist? To challenge, change and make better. We apply this fundamental belief to everything we do. So, whilst we solve problems for our clients and help them achieve their goals, we also give our people opportunities and a place to build a successful career. By having a clear mission, it allows us to be brave with the decisions we make.

What is the role? It’s a dual role split evenly between two areas of the business:

a) Co-ordinating events
To co-ordinate and manage corporate events for one of our key clients so they run smoothly, on budget and on time. Reporting directly into the Account Director.

b) Day-to-day up-keep of the Head Office
To co-ordinate and manage fst Head Office in Marlow, ensuring that all fst employees can work in an environment where they can maximise the performance of their specific tasks. Reporting directly into our Business Manager.

On top of these 2 specific roles, we also need this person to support the Business Manager with IT and Marketing, as well as being on hand to deal with ad hoc requests.

Who are we looking for? Someone who can: – Stay calm under pressure and is super organised – Think on his/her feet and isn’t afraid to ask questions – Take a challenge on and gets thing done
– Recognise the importance of first impressions – Go above and beyond to solve a problem – Have fun, be lively and ensures everyone’s glass is always half full – Demonstrate planning, coordination, management, and communication skills – Distil and translate information and communicate it to others simply and concisely – Get stuck into a project and passionate to get results
– Use their commercial skills in order to maximise company revenues
