After Defaqto redeveloped their website in 2015, they approached us with a new challenge. Though they were happy with the launch, they felt that their brand identity was not entirely reflective of their business operations and strategic positioning. After reviewing their online and offline presence, we identified a greater requirement and recommended a full brand refresh, including the creation of clear guidelines, brand architecture and a visual identity system.
Together, we created a coherent brand identity that communicated Defaqto’s wealth of experience and prestige within the financial services industry. To bring the new brand to life, we produced a wide range of deliverables, including event collateral, online advertising assets, solution-specific campaigns, technical overviews and motion graphics.
Returning to the original brief, we applied the refreshed brand style to the Defaqto website, creating of a suite of website templates and an improved Star Ratings search functionality. Customers can now locate the perfect financial product for their needs in just three clicks – an experience that truly reflects the high levels of service and expertise that Defaqto are known for.
