Redefining what POS means to F&B businesses

CHALLENGE

Iiko provide innovative point of sale software enabling food and beverage (F&B) businesses to increase performance and spend less time on routine administrative tasks. They exist to help F&B businesses thrive and scale through cutting-edge automation and actionable insights. Iiko approached fst looking for a brand repositioning that would help them launch in the UK and give their brand real stand-out in a crowded marketplace.

 

CHANGE

We held an ‘explore’ workshop with the client enabling us to extract a wealth of information about their industry, their client demands and challenges as well as their long and short-term marketing objectives. These insights went on to shape the brand values and enabled the creation of a solid brand framework which acted as a launch pad for future campaigns.

MAKE BETTER

Armed with our industry insights and profiling we set to work in creating a new positioning statement ‘Point of success’ - a play on what POS traditionally means and positioning iiko as something new, different and as a real turning point for progress. This positioning went on to underpin a bespoke marketing strategy that has been implemented with consistency across all platforms and channels.
